A diaphragm seal system consists of a pressure transmitter, a diaphragm seal, a fill fluid, and a directly mounted or capillary type connection. During operation, a thin, flexible diaphragm and filling fluid isolates the pressure sensitive components of the transmitter from the process media. A capillary tube or a directly mounted flange connects the diaphragm to the transmitter.
