1.ACH series gas piston pressure gauges use dry pure air or pure nitrogen as the gas source, and the equipment to be inspected is not polluted. It is mainly aimed at clean laboratories, medical industry products and products with high pollution protection levels, etc., with high safety requirements The design of the testing site is simpler and safer.
2. Patented piston pressure system components, novel structure, tool-free disassembly and assembly, easy to clean the piston system and replace the sealing ring, convenient, fast and safe.
3. The product upgrade increases the intake flow control valve, which controls the intake flow more carefully and accurately, and avoids the inevitable damage to the piston system and the instrument under inspection caused by excessive intake air.
4. The positive and negative gas (-0.1-0.6) MPa display part is upgraded, and the touch-integrated 3.5-inch color LCD display system is used to increase the display of temperature, humidity, pressure (convertible MPa, kPa, psi, bar) and other functions. Real-time display of pressure values.
5. The performance of the fine-tuning system is better than that of the oil pressure regulating system, the pressure regulating process is easy, no pressure relief, and maintenance-free.
6. The positive pressure gas (0.1-6) MPa is also equipped with a high-precision pressure sensor (convertible MPa, kPa, psi, bar) on the basis of the original (displacement; temperature and humidity), which can display the pressure value in real time.
8. Equipped with two quick interfaces (M20×1.5) of the meter seat, with a stop valve (optional by the customer), which can be used for sealing test.
9. The table seat globe valve (optional by the customer) and the pressure regulator are maintenance-free and easy to operate. Reasonable handle design, personalized design according to hand grip.
